Step 1: Selective Absorption - laser light is emitted onto the skin, which is selectively absorbed by melanin, the natural pigment found in the hair follicle. The laser light is attracted to the darker pigment in the hair follicle.

Step 2: Heat Transfer - The absorbed laser light is converted into heat energy, causing the melanin in the hair follicle to heat up. This heat energy raises the temperature of the hair follicle.

Mayfair & Grace  can offer a solution which is effective in treating fairer hair types (light brown or dark blonde).
Grey / white hair or very blonde hair has no melanin, so is not suitable for treatment.
